Tide Waters Swimwear Refund Policy

At Tide Waters Swimwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • The original packaging, tags, and receipts must accompany the returned items.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

3. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at watsoncayla633@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Upon approval, you'll receive instructions on where to send your return.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at watsoncayla633@gmail.com We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
